Here’s what Rabiya Mateo said about having a relationship in the future
Newbie actress Rabiya Mateo shared that if ever she will have her “next boyfriend”, she wants these things to happen.
Along with her much-talked-about stint in the Miss Universe 2020 pageant, the love life of the Ilongga beauty also became an open book. She and her ex-boyfriend Neil Salvacion have been together for seven years and it was quite a shock for many of her followers to find out that she already deleted her posts about him.
In a recent interview as one of the newest artists of GMA-7, Rabiya said that she is prioritizing her career now over her love life. She is set to do acting stints in the Kapuso network. She also reiterated that she and Neil are now on good terms after the breakup.
Rabiya Mateo said that she is not looking for a boyfriend right now because she has learned from what happened in the past. If ever she will enter into a new relationship, the newbie actress said that she has these conditions.
“Siguro po, if magbo-boyfriend ako, hindi natin masasabi. Siguro, sana non-showbiz, tapos itatago ko na lang po. Para at least, kasi hindi madi-discover ng public yung bagay na hindi nila alam,” the Ilongga beauty shared.
Rabiya is also expecting that there are still a lot of things that will happen in her life and if the time comes she will fall in love again then so be it. “Pag hindi, hintayin na lang natin. Baka na-traffic sa EDSA,” she quipped about her “next boyfriend”.
Meanwhile, now that she is starting her journey in the entertainment industry, Rabiya Mateo shared that she wants to fulfill the dream of her mother to have her own house in Iloilo City. This is one of the factors that push her to join the show business.
