Joko Diaz’s Daughter Ashley Diaz Open To Entering The Pageant Scene
JOKO DIAZ – Veteran actor Joko Diaz’s daughter Ashley Diaz said she is not closing her doors on joining a beauty pageant.
Francisco Gutierrez Diaz Jr. or better known as Joko Diaz is an action star working since the 1980s. He has appeared in numerous films sometimes leading man in action movies or an antagonist.
Joko is the son of the late actions star, Paquito Diaz. He has a daughter named Nicole de Leon with actress Angelou de Leon. He is now married to his non-showbiz wife Abigail. They have two children: Ashley and Pacquie.
Joko Diaz is a sweet and loving husband to his wife and an endearing dad to his children in real life. He regularly posts photos with his family on his Instagram account saying the sweetest words in his captions.
His father and daughter bond with Ashley is quite tight. Aside from his posts of her, we learned that he already allowed his 17-year-old daughter to enter showbiz.

Ashley Diaz recently signed a contract with Viva Artists Agency (VAA) and she will be the onscreen partner of Andre Yllana, the 23-year-old son of Aiko Melendez and Jomari Yllana.
In an interview with PUSH, Ashley revealed the reason why she decided to join the entertainment business. She said, “For me po, since I always see my dad na din po on TV and my tita (Cheska Diaz) din po, tapos si lolo nga (Paquito Diaz), na-influence na din po ako in a way. Na parang it felt like I belong here din talaga. And parang fulfilling po for me to act.”
According to the report, Ashley Diaz said she also wants to try a ‘kontrabida’ role like her dad. Aside from being a ‘kontrabida,’ she shared she has been asked to join a beauty pageant.
“I’ve had offer po pero I’m still looking into it po and asking my parents po for advice kung ano pong gagawin,” she said.
