Bugoy Cariño Defends Partner EJ Laure from Bodyshamers Lashing Her Body
Former child star Bugoy Cariño defends partner EJ Laure and slammed bashers criticizing the appearance of EJ on social media.
Bugoy claps back at the bodyshamers and bashers on TikTok for using filthy language on his partner and child’s mother EJ. Bugoy recently posted a video of him and his girlfriend on TikTok, where several haters remarked on EJ’s appearance and chastised him.
“Mukha daw bakla, mukhang nanay, wala daw laman parang pader daw,” Bugoy wrote in the comments section, defending his spouse, adding it’s fine rather than women who just know how to be pretty and display their chest.
“Mukha daw bakla, mukhang nanay, wala daw laman parang pader daw. OK na ‘yung ganyan kesa naman sa ibang babae na puro ganda at laki ng osus lang laban,” Bugoy wrote.

EJ can do home duties, has initiative, and most importantly, is loyal, according to Bugoy. The kid actor also stated that people should look for women who have features similar to EJ, rather than those who have a lovely face and a larger “cocomelon.”
“At least si EJ, marunong sa mga gawaing bahay, madiskarte, higit sa lahat loyal,” the child actor said.
“Sa panahon ngayon, ‘di mo kelangan magjowa ng matsura o malaki cocomelon, mas masarap mahalin ‘yung madiskarte at hindi maarte, siyempre loyal,” he added.
The former Goin’ Bulilit star and his partner, a volleyball player, have been chastised online for their adolescent connection. After revealing their daughter Scarlet to the public, Bugoy and EJ surprised the internet.
Netizens reacted differently to their news; some praised their love and backed the couple, while others condemned their age difference and even accused EJ of being a pedophile for “grooming” Bugoy. EJ, who was 19 at the time, had a connection with Bugoy, who was a minor at the time, being just 15 years old.
