Yasmien Kurdi said this about Bea Alonzo
Kapuso actress Yasmien Kurdi shared that she wants to have the chance to work with new Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo, however, she said that this might not happen.
Yasmien has been in the entertainment industry for 18 years now. She started her showbiz journey through StarStruck, the popular talent search of GMA. Almost two decades later, she is still in her home network.
Based on the article in PEP, within that span of time, Yasmien never thought of leaving GMA. It is because the actress has felt a sense of belongingness for having her “family” in the Kapuso network.
“So ano pa ba ang mahihiling ko? Maganda ang trato nila sa akin. Maganda naman ang roles na binibigay nila sa akin. Wala na rin po akong mahihiling pa, bakit pa ako mag-iisip na lilipat?” she said adding that she will forever remain a Kapuso until the end of her career.
Yasmien Kurdi also expressed that she is looking forward to having the chance to work with the new Kapuso stars like Bea Alonzo. She said that the more the merrier as there are so many shows that can feature artists. In addition to this, GTV was also launched and with this more shows will be created.
She mentioned that she wants to work with Bea if it is fine for the latter to be in the afternoon time slot. “Gusto ko, gusto ko po siyang maka-work, lalo na sa drama, pero kung kaya niyang tumambay sa hapon. Tambay po ako ng hapon, e,” Yasmien Kurdi said as she has done several series already that are being aired in the afternoon.
Apparently, she is thinking that the new Kapuso actress will be placed on the primetime slot. Yasmien also said that she wants to work with Kuya Kim Atienza as she believes that she can learn a lot from him.
