Paolo Contis trended online and he reacted to this
Kapuso actor Paolo Contis reacted to his trending look-alike which is a sculpture which is called “Mask II” by artist Ron Mueck at the Leeum Museum.
This became a trending topic on Twitter after J-Hope, a member of popular K-Pop group BTS, shared a video featuring the said sculpture. Filipino netizens and fans of the South Korean boy band noticed the resemblance between Paolo and the sculpture.
Because of that, the Kapuso actor became a trending topic again on social media. To recall, last month, his name trended online because of the controversy surrounding his breakup with actress LJ Reyes. The phrase “as a friend” and Baguio became trending topics also because he and Yen Santos went to the summer capital of the Philippines but stressed that they are just friends.
For the most recent trending topic about him, Paolo Contis shared his reaction through his Instagram post. The actor shared a collage photo of the sculpture and himself. Paolo followed the sleeping pose of the piece of art.
“Trending daw to kahapon, kaya chineck ko na din! May point naman sila!” the actor wrote in the caption of his post admitting the resemblance between him and the sculpture. Several netizens also agreed with what he said. However, many netizens still recalled the trending “Baguio” and “as a friend”.
Meanwhile, amid the controversy, Paolo Contis is maintaining his silence. His talent manager Lolit Solis even said that he avoids talking to her but asked her to stop talking about the issue in her write-ups.
Paolo is currently doing the new Kapuso series I Left My Heart In Sorsogon with Heart Evangelista and Richard Yap.
