Here’s what Jessica Soho said about Kylie Padilla
Esteemed broadcast journalist Jessica Soho shared her thoughts on her interview with actress Kylie Padilla that became viral.
Jessica’s magazine show Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho is indeed well-loved by many television viewers. The high ratings and the recognition that the show receives are proof of its status.
One of the recent viral interviews that the broadcast journalists did was with Kylie and it was about the latter’s side regarding the allegation from her estranged husband Aljur Abrenica.
During the said interview, Kylie defended herself and strongly denied the claim of Aljur that she cheated first. The actress made revelations about their financial status when they were together.
In a recent article by entertainment columnist Dolly Anne Carvajal in her column in Inquirer, she shared the chat interview that she had with Jessica Soho and she asked about the latter’s interview with Kylie Padilla.
The seasoned broadcaster said that the most striking to her was that the actress was “very articulate”. “She was not afraid to show her vulnerability—and I thought that was brave. That she did not want to disparage Aljur, despite her hurt and pain,” she added. For her, Kylie is “remarkable and very generous” because of this.
Jessica Soho also said that she wanted to give Kylie the chance to share her side of the story. The broadcast journalist expressed that she had no intention of delving into the pain of the actress because that was too personal. Jessica added that it was not for public consumption or for entertainment, much so that she has kids to protect.
When asked about the advice she gave to Kylie, the broadcast journalist said, “Na kailangang kayanin niya ito because of her kids and also for herself. That she should get over this.”
