Delivery Rider Files Complaint vs 2 TikTokers After Accusing Him as Thief

2 TikTokers Face Complaint from the Delivery Rider They Allegedly Accused as Thief

A delivery rider files a complaint against two (2) TikTokers after they allegedly accused him of being a thief and posted it on social media.

Arjuna Garialde, a delivery rider, contacted Raffy Tulfo’s “Raffy Tulfo in Action” (RTIA) program to submit a complaint against two TikTok users for defamation and false accusations. The defendants were identified as Khyla Tuazon and Juma Matar, a TikTok couple.

The TikTok pair allegedly told the delivery rider that he was a robber since he had not delivered enough food to them, according to the delivery unpleasant’s account. Khyla and Juma were even able to upload a video of themselves accusing the rider of taking the lasagna.

After reviewing the RTIA data, it appears that the restaurant admitted that they, not the delivery rider, were at fault. Regardless, TikToker was allowed to post the video and continue to call the rider a ‘thief.’

Sadly, the cyclist learned this via his coworkers who saw him in the video, despite the fact that his name was not mentioned. The rider became angry and lambasted the pair, accusing them of doing it solely for the purpose of gaining likes and views.

“Manghahamak lang kayo ng tao para sa views niyo at sa likes niyo,” the rider said tearfully.

As a result, Atty. Sam Ferrer will have to face both sides in the barangay once more. Even though they were already facing each other, the rider didn’t seem to want to apologize to him, and he believed it was not in the two of them’s best interests to do so.

She even convinced them that he was about to harm the two TikToks who had requested protection in the barangay. The rider intended to sue the two, but the RTIA persuaded him to return to the barangay with one of their employees. If the rider decides to bring a complaint against the couple, Atty. Sam says there isn’t just one case that may be made against them.
