Redmi Note 5 AI Dual Camera measures 158.6 x 75.4 x 8.1 mm and weighs 181 grams. It is built with a glass front (Gorilla Glass), an aluminum back, and an aluminum frame. It comes in a 5.99 inches screen size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution.

Redmi Note 5 AI Dual Camera is powered by the Qualcomm SDM636 Snapdragon 636 (14 nm) Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Adreno 509. It runs on the Android 8.0 (Oreo) + MIUI 9 operating system.
The smartphone comes in variants such as 32GB + 3GB RAM, 64GB + 4GB RAM, and 64GB + 6GB RAM. It also supports expandable microSD storage up to 256GB.
Main Camera:
Redmi Note 5 AI Dual Camera sports a dual-camera setup at the back comprising of a 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel (depth) sensor. It features dual-LED flash, panorama, and HDR.
Selfie Camera:
For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features a 13-megapixel (wide) camera. It also features LED flash.
