The Carbon 1 MK II was announced on March 1, 2021, and released on March 30, 2021. The smartphone is built with a glass front (Gorilla Glass Victus), a carbon back and a carbon frame (hybrid carbon fiber composites, monocoque design).
The phone measures 153.5 x 74 x 6.3 mm and weighs 125 grams. It features a 6.01 inches screen size and the display is AMOLED capacitive touchscreen that provides 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution.
Carbon 1 MK II is powered by Mediatek MT6779V Helio P95 (12 nm) processor coupled with PowerVR GM9446 graphics processing unit (GPU). It runs on the Android 10 operating system.
Carbon 1 MK II is packed with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It also supports expandable microSD storage up to 256GB. The phone supports hybrid Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
The rear camera consists of a 16-megapixel (wide) + 16-megapixel (wide) with features like panorama, HDR, and dual-LED dual-tone flash. On the front, there is a single 20-megapixel (wide) camera.
The phone’s sensors include gyro, compass, accelerometer, proximity, and fingerprint (side-mounted). It also features USB Type-C 3.1, NFC, GPS with A-GPS, GALILEO, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, and WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac. It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery + fast charging.
