Video of Drunk Motorcycle Rider Trying to Escape After Hitting SUV Goes Viral Online
The video footage of a drunk motorcycle rider and its backrider who were trying to escape after hitting SUV earned criticisms online.
A Facebook user named Dassel Mae Hibaya DelaGracia has shared the video footage of a drunk motorcycle rider who hit another vehicle after driving recklessly. The video garnered various reactions from the netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that the backrider is holding tightly to the motorcycle rider, which indicates that the two were under the influence of alcoholic beverage. Driving under the influence of liquor is considered as a violation of traffic policy.
After a few moments, the rider motorist started to move but his back rider loses its grip and accidentally fell from the motorcycle. The two seems to be confused and lost their self-control, which may cause further trouble along the road.
According to Dassel, the rider and its colleague tried to escape after hitting their vehicle along the boundary of Tagum City and Carmen in Davao del Norte. Aside from the involvement in accident, the motorist commit multiple traffic violations.
The rider reportedly commit traffic violations such as no signal light, no brakes and driving under the influence of liquor despite liquor ban. DelaGracia posted the video and photos to warn the public not to drink and drive.
