A-list actress Angel Locsin shared photos on Instagram showcasing her fitter figure and her husband film producer-businessman Neil Arce has this amusing reaction.
Throughout her years in the Philippine entertainment industry, Angel has already done various projects that defined her acting prowess. She is being recognized as one of the superstars of her generation.
More than just being an influencer for being an actress, she is also advocating philanthropy as she is active in doing her charitable works. She would often be tagged as the “real-life Darna” because of this.
However, there were those who noticed more her physical appearance, especially her body, than what she has been doing for other people. Angel Locsin has received body-shaming comments on social media when she gained weight.
Amid the bashing and mean reactions that she received, her friends and fans showed support for her. At the height of this issue, the actress shared her past statement in an interview saying, “Ako nga, walang isyu, eh. Katawan ko ‘to, ako ‘to, sarili ko ‘to. Eh, ikaw, okay ka ba?”
Last June, Angel shared that she has started her journey to “pagpapapayat” as she shared photos and videos of her diet. On September 21, the actress surprised her fellow celebrities and Instagram followers when she flaunted her fitter figure.
“Remember to love every inch of you (red heart emoji),” she wrote in the caption of her post. Several celebrities commented like Angelica Panganiban, Bea Alonzo, and Marian Rivera, Anne Curtis, Raymond Gutierrez, Isabelle Daza, and many more.
This also received an amusing comment from her husband. “On my way,” Neil Arce wrote. Netizens laughed at this comment from the husband of Angel Locsin.
