Lolit Solis reacted to the post of Paolo Contis apologizing to LJ Reyes and her kids
Kapuso actor Paolo Contis has recently broken his silence on his breakup with actress LJ Reyes and his manager Lolit Solis hoped that his apology will be accepted.
Amid the issues being thrown at Paolo after news of his breakup surfaced online, Lolit was very vocal in showing support for her “alaga”. When the issue about the actor and his recent movie co-star Yen Santos surfaced, the veteran columnist and talent manager defended him.
In the two-part Instagram post of Paolo Contis, he specifically mentioned his manager and the bashing that she received for defending him. He said that as his mother in the entertainment industry it is but natural for Lolit to defend him and so he called out to netizens to stop bashing her. “Hindi niyo alam ang mga pagalit at pangaral niya sa akin pag kami lang ang naguusap. Sinabihan ko na siya to stop protecting me,” the actor said.
However, Lolit told Paolo to that let her do this because he is a son to her. With this, the actor apologized to her manager, as well as to Cristy Fermin who also defended him.
Paolo Contis also apologized to his former partner, her son Aki, and their daughter Summer for what happened to their family. He also admitted that the blame should be on him. In line with the Instagram posts of Paolo, Lolit shared a writeup about this on her Instagram account. “Daanin ko na lang sa smile iyon apology nila Papa Digong at Paolo Contis. Sana nga tanggapin ng mga taong sa palagay nila affected ng mga pangyayari,” she said.
Lolit also said that there are too many dramas already in the lives of people and these are enough already. She also pointed out that Paolo and the President already asked forgiveness and the next thing to do is to go on with life. “Kung may nagawa silang mali, hayaan ng langit ang magpasiya,” Lolit said. She added that if their apology will not be accepted, then, life still continues.
