Aiko Melendez Gives Warning to Those Who Are Using Her Boyfriend’s Name in Scams

AIKO MELENDEZ – The actress gives a warning to Zambales scammers who were allegedly using her boyfriend Jay Khonghun’s name in scams.

Aiko Melendez has advised the constituents of her boyfriend Jay Khonghun, the vice governor of Zambales, against utilizing the platform for a scam on Instagram. Aiko fabricated a bogus text message from her boyfriend begging for help with the Aetas on her Instagram account.

“Good evening po Senator.

The bogus text message was released by Aiko to alert other government officials and her boyfriend’s constituents that scammers are using his name to commit fraud. The vice governor went on to say that the SMS pleading for donations did not come from his office or from him.

Jhay further stated that he will not approach anyone, particularly senators. He went on to say that he only has one mobile number.

Some senators, he claims, have been duped by this scheme. The vice governor further urges people not to take advantage of indigenous people’s welfare in order to commit fraud.

Jhay sent a warning to the fraudsters who were perpetrating fraudulent crimes in his name, stating that he had already denounced them to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). Following that, the politician advised voters to report any strange text messages sent in his name.

Salamat po #careNshare @vicegov_jaykhonghun,” Aiko captioned in her Instagram post.
