Here’s what Bea Alonzo said about Beth Tamayo
Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo shared something about her meeting with former actress Beth Tamayo, who is the aunt of her boyfriend, Dominic Roque.
During the recent U.S. trip of the celebrity couple, one of the things they did was reconnecting with friends and loved ones who are now staying there. Photos surfaced on social media showing that Bea attended Beth’s baby shower.
Through that, the two female celebrities were able to have a chance to bond with each other. Based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Bea Alonzo shared she only had the chance to say hello to Beth Tamayo through FaceTime.
“Kapag nagfe-FaceTime sila [Dominic and Beth] tapos magkasama kami [ni Dominic], minsan nagha-hi, hello, pero wala talaga ‘yong full conversation,” the Kapuso actress said.
Beth has been staying in the States since 2008. When Bea visited Dominic’s family there, that was the time when she had a full conversation with the former actress.
“Doon lang talaga kami nakapag-bonding. Very special siya sa akin because siyempre dati rin siyang nag-a-artista so ang dami niyang mga nakuwento sa akin na siguro lingid sa kaalaman niya tumatatak sa akin,” she said.
Bea added that there were realizations on her part after having that conversation with Beth. It is because being in the showbiz industry for so long, Beth went through already what Bea is going through right now. So for the Kapuso actress, it was an eye-opener.
Indeed Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque enjoyed their U.S. trip and it is reflected in the actress’s two-part vlog. She said that during her trips, she sets aside social media and she is just posting photos to share updates with her fans. “Kapag nagta-travel ako, hindi ako ‘yong tipo na nagsu-scroll sa comments. Because I try to be at the moment, I want to be present to enjoy the experience,” the Kapuso actress said.
