Aiko Melendez Rushed To Hospital After Suffering Forehead Injury
AIKO MELENDEZ – Veteran actress and politician Aiko Melendez was rushed to a hospital after she suffered a forehead injury.
Actress and politician Aiko Melendez is one of the most popular tv actresses in the Philippines. She has a son named Andre Yllana with her former husband Jomari Yllana and a daughter named Marthena Jickain with her ex-husband Martin Jickain.
The 45-year-old celebrity is now in a relationship with Zambales Vice Governor Jay Khongun. She boldly claimed that the politician will be her forever.
Aiko Melendez recently suffered a serious forehead injury and was sent to a hospital due to an accident in her house. She opened it up on her recent Youtube vlog.
“Hi, guys. May pagka mababa ang energy ko today and it’s not a good sight to see on my YouTube channel na ganito ang itsura ko. But I’d like to make this video to clarify some issues going around on social media,” she said,
She narrated how a simple accident led to a deep cut on her forehead that spills out blood. Her head hit the sink and injured her forehead near her left eyebrow.

Aiko Melendez was advised by her brother Angelo, who is a registered nurse, to go to a hospital. She said her son Andrei took her to the hospital.
The actress was taken to three hospitals before she was finally given the proper treatment. She also took the opportunity to thank everyone who had shown their concern.
“Finally nakahanap kami ng ospital na hindi gaanong jam-packed. I’m blessed kasi ‘yung ospital na ‘yun hindi na tumatanggap ng COVID-19 patients.
“A lot of things were in my head, ‘yung Prima Donnas shoot, paano…mag-sa-start na kami. May healing process pa itong sugat ko.
“Sabi ng doctor, buti na lang hindi natamaan ‘yung nerve mo sa mata.
“Nagpapasalamat ako sa Panginoon na hindi po na-damage ‘yung mata ko.
“Tumama talaga siya sa sink kaya pumutok siya. Sa mga nagkakalat na nakipag-away ako or anything, it’s unfair, don’t speculate or make up things dahil hindi makakabuti sa ating lahat ‘yan,” she added.

Last May, Aiko Melendez encountered an accident. She revealed that her car was wrecked while she and her daughter were inside when a truck hit them but fortunately they were not hurt.
