Delivery Rider, 2 Others Arrested During Illegal Drugs Bust Operation in Malabon
Police authorities arrested a delivery rider along with two (2) other drug suspects after being caught with illegal drugs during a buy-bust operation in Malabon.
Three suspected drug personalities, including a woman, were arrested and imprisoned following a buy-bust operation, according to Malabon police. The buy-bust operation was carried out on University Ave., Brgy. Potrero, by members of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU).

According to PMSg Randy Billedo’s report to Malabon police chief Col. Albert Barot, the arrested suspects are Jose Francisco, alias “Joey,” 55, (Pusher/Identified) of Orquid St. Brgy. Longos; Caroline Anthony, alias “Mommy,” 27 of Guyabano Road Brgy. Potrero; and Francis Enriq Dychauco, 38, delivery rider of Val
After selling P500 worth of drugs to a police officer who purported to be a poseur buyer, Francisco and Anthony were detained right away. Dychauco was also arrested after being found with a sachet of suspected illegal substances known as “shabu.”
About 12.16 grams of suspected shabu with a Standard Drug Price of Php 82,688.00, buy-bust money, and a Mitsubishi Grandis with a license plate were seized from the accused (BEH 108). The individuals are accused of breaking the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002, also known as RA 9165.
Meanwhile, two anti-illegal drugs operations were conducted in Marikina and Pasig City resulting in the arrest of 6 drug suspects. During these operations, more than P400,000 worth of suspected illegal drugs was seized.
In Marikina, a buy-bust took place in Barangay Tumana where a man, 27, sold P500 worth of suspected illegal drugs. When his companions searched, a total of P238,000 worth of suspected shabu was found.
