Fisherman Drowned to Dead after Lapu-Lapu Fish He Shot Dragged Him Down

Local residents discovered a fisherman lifeless after he was dragged under the water and drowned by a lapu-lapu fish he shot in Negros Oriental.

The victim identified Jovy Narciso, who goes spearfishing from the ocean in Barangay Bolisong in Manjuyod town, never come back to his family, based on the police investigation. The victim is accused of shooting a five-kilogram “pugapo” also known as a lapu-lapu.
