Ice Seguerra shared this post for the 42nd anniversary of ‘Eat Bulaga’
Singer Ice Seguerra thanked the longest-running noontime show Eat Bulaga for giving the chance to a “bubwit na lilima ang hibla ng buhok” to shine in showbiz.
Ice, formerly known as Aiza Seguerra, started his showbiz career in the noontime show of TVJ or Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon. He joined the popular beauty pageant for little girls, Little Miss Philippines in 1987. Ice was just 3 years old back then but being a talented kid, look where he is now.
It was in 2014 when Ice Seguerra announced that he is a transman and among the people who embraced this change in his life is his Eat Bulaga family.
Until now, the singer is a Dabarkad and this is what he posted on his recent Instagram post. He shared an old logo of the noontime show and said that this is where everything all started.
“Maraming salamat, Eat Bulaga. Kung ano man ang nakita niyo noon sa isang bubwit na lilima ang hibla ng buhok, hindi ko alam. Pero naniwala kayo sa kung ano ang mayroon ako. Dahil sa paniniwalang iyon, nandito ako ngayon,” he wrote.
Ice is also thankful for the support that he has been receiving from his EB family over the years. He also said that the show has helped him a lot and his family.
“You have supported my growth not just as an artist but as a person. For that, I am eternally grateful. Dabarkads mula 1987 hanggang sa ngayon. Saludo, Eat Bulaga! Happy Anniversary!” Ice Seguerra added.
