Miguel has given Yam Concepcion his wedding vow 6 years ago and read it during their wedding day.
YAM CONCEPCION – Kapamilya actress Yam Concepcion is now married and just discovered that she’s been keeping her husband’s vow since 2015.
In a previous article, ‘Init Sa Magdamag’ actress Yam Concepcion and her long-time boyfriend Miguel Cuunjieng tied the knot in New York in a very intimate and sincere civil wedding which is called a “microwedding” in modern times. They have been engaged since 2019 and it was only this year that they shared and became open about this.

All throughout the years that they are away from each other in their relationship, all they have is trust for each other and maintained constant communication to make it work. She shared that their wedding will happen before July ends and last July 24, they tied the knot in front of their families and Yam is simply beautiful and elegant in her puffed white long dress while her husband is dashing in his grey suit.
And the sweetest thing about their wedding is the thought that her husband has been so sure of her from the beginning. The actress’ mother, Bebs Concepcion, revealed that in 2015, Miguel has given Yam this envelope which she is not allowed to open unless he tells her to. And on their wedding day, the envelope is finally opened only to find out that it contains his wedding vow for her.
“Nang ikasal sila kanina, nagulat si Yam dahil binasa ni Miguel ang laman ng envelope during the wedding. Wedding vows pala ang laman ng envelope na hindi pinabuksan sa kanya ni Miguel. Six years na nakatago ang sulat at binuksan lang ni Miguel nang ikasal sila ni Yam,” the mother of the actress revealed about the sweet gesture as per PEP.
Meanwhile, now that she’s married, she mentioned previously that she is not leaving show business because of this. She wanted to enjoy the best of both worlds. In her latest post, posting about her big day, she expressed, “We have a no return policy effective July 24 2021 💌”
