Woman Desperate To Prove She’s Alive As Gov’t Accidentally Tags Her As Dead
WOMAN PROVING SHE’S ALIVE – After the government accidentally marked her as dead, a woman from New Jersey is desperate to prove she’s not dead.
For seven years, Samantha Dreissig, 25-years-alive, has had several issues when it came to the Internal Revenue Services (IRS). Since 2014, the IRS listed her as “deceased” after her mother died.
According to Dreissig, the IRS may have had her and her mother confused despite not having the same surname. The woman recalled a conversation she had with an agent from IRS saying that she was “Dead all over the system”.
Naturally, this would serve as a paramount issue whenever she tried to deal with official documentation. Based on an article from LadBible, she recalled countless times wherein she was denied a service as her account was “linked to a deceased person“.
But as it turned out, the issue doesn’t only affect her. As per the article, her father also had issues as he couldn’t list her as a dependent on his tax returns due to her being dead on paper.
Sadly, the IRS told her that this issue was complicated and would take some time to fix. What do you think about this? Leave your comments below.
