Will Toni Gonzaga enter the world of politics?
Actress-host Toni Gonzaga has this answer when she was asked if she sees herself joining politics in the future.
Toni is one of the respected showbiz personalities in this generation. It is a common trend that celebrities become politicians. There were already several showbiz personalities who made a successful career in public service.
Now that the 2022 election is fast approaching, there are already several names of celebrities circulating to be crossing over to the political arena.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Toni Gonzaga was also asked if she sees himself one day being a politician.
“I don’t see myself in politics right now or anytime soon,” the actress-host answered directly. She said that as of now, politics is not on her top priority list. On the other hand, Toni said that she is not shutting her door from this permanently. “Never say never but in my heart right now, I don’t feel like that is something that I should be doing,” she said.
Toni is not actually new in the world of politics. Her father, Daddy Bonoy has been a public servant for almost 12 years. The last position that he held was as Vice Mayor of Tanay, Rizal. Unfortunately, he did not win when he ran for mayor in the last election.
Meanwhile, Toni Gonzaga is busy doing her showbiz engagements for ABS-CBN. For her, her TV stint is her day job but she also earns from her vlogging. Her Toni Talks vlog has become popular for her inspiring interviews.
