Enrique Gil talked about the much-anticipated beauty pageant stint of Liza Soberano
Actor Enrique Gil said that he believes that his girlfriend actress Liza Soberano will win the Miss Universe crown once she starts her beauty pageant journey.
Many fans of Liza have been anticipating that she will join the national pageant. Aside from her obvious beauty, her confidence in delivering the message she wants to convey is also a winning factor for many pageant fans.
However, several times, the actress has addressed this anticipation of her fans. She said that she thinks that pageantry is not for her. In a recent Showbiz Update vlog of LizQuen’s manager Ogie Diaz, he said that he once again asked Liza Soberano if she is considering joining a beauty contest.
Before asking the actress, the comedian-talent manager asked Enrique Gil first. “Nauna kong tanungin si Quen kung anong feeling niya na nag-judge siya at habang nanonood ba siya sa entablado ay nai-imagine niya na isa sa mga kandidata ay si Liza?” Ogie said.
Liza and Enrique two of the judges in the recently-concluded Bb. Pilipinas 2021 pageant. “Nakikita ko nga (Liza), ‘anong number mo nga ulit Baby? Number ano ka ba diyan?” the actor said. He added that he said that Liza is his “binibini”.
Then, Enrique quipped that if Liza wasn’t able to join Bb. Pilipinas then, she can join the Miss Universe Philippines. “Ano ba B (Liza)? Miss Universe? Feeling ko mananalo ‘yan pag sumali! Naku, wala ng competition, wala na,” the actor said.
However, just like before, the girlfriend of Enrique Gil, stressed that she can’t see herself doing pageants and that she rather be behind-the-scenes like doing the judging.
