Suzette Doctolero reacted to this comment of a netizen about Kylie Padilla and Aljur Abrenica
The comment of a netizen attacking Aljur Abrenica as the “reason” for the end of the stint of Kylie Padilla in Encantadia received a reaction from the writer of the series Suzette Doctolero.
Following the reports about the split-up of Kylie and Aljur, showbiz fans expressed their anger towards the latter. The said Kapuso fantasy series started airing on July 18, 2016. Based on the article in PEP, Kylie got pregnant with her first son with Aljur and it was reported in January 2017.
Because of that, her character died in the series in order for her to exit from the show due to her pregnancy. Fans are pointing out that Kylie had to leave the series because she got pregnant and now, Aljur just “cheated” on her, as Robin Padilla revealed in a recent interview.
Based on the report, a comment fiercely thrown at Aljur Abrenica received a reaction from Suzette Doctolero. “Hahahaha… Wala lang. Tawang tawa lang ako sa post,” the Kapuso writer wrote in her Facebook post.
PEP columnist Jerry Olea shared in his article that she sent a message to the soap opera writer if there will be an Encantadia part 2 and if it is possible to shoot amid the pandemic. The columnist also asked if the character of Amihan (Kylie Padilla played this character in the 2016 series) will be included.
“Mahirap mag-shoot talaga. Ang Legal Wives na malaki ring show ay talagang inabot ng 5 lock-in. Yes, if ever [may part 2 ang Encantadia], kasama pa rin si Amihan,” Suzette Doctolero said.
