How does it work?
Axie Infinity has multiple layers of tactical strategies. The game revolves around your axies that have a unique set of skills and powers.
The game runs on blockchain technology. However, instead of mining new blocks on the chain, the video game provides a ‘play to earn’ structure. People can earn in player versus player (PVP) battles, breeding, and selling axies on the marketplace. They can also collect rare Axies.
Smooth Love Potions (SLP) are needed to breed axies. Like any other cryptocurrency, SLPs are volatile. Players are rewarded based on their effort and skill. You can buy SLPs via Binance or Uniswap.
Gamers have the option to level up their pets through the Adventure mode where they will have to go through different levels or put their pets to the test by playing the Arena Mode. To earn SLPs, they have to complete Daily Quest to conquer different levels in Adventure mode.
Scholarships
One of the biggest reasons why the video game went well is due to its successful scholarship program. Axie Infinity holder or Manager are allowed to lend their pets to scholars through different profit-sharing methods.
Scholarship program authorize people who do not have enough access to enter the video game to play and earn without spending money. They can earn around P15,000 per month for playing the game for 1-2 hours per day on average while managers or owners also get a fair share.
