China Plans To Become First Country To Set Foot On Mars

CHINA MARS MISSION – China made a bold statement cementing their claim as it plans to put the first humans on Mars.

It appears that Elon Musk has hefty competition when it comes to the space race to Mars. Recently, Wang Xiaojun, China’s head of Launch Facilities technology unveiled plans to construct a base for future expeditions. Furthermore, China also plans to extract resources from the Red Planet.

Additionally, in the future, China also planned to populate the planet. As such, this could lead to tensions as the United States is also gearing up for similar feats. Meanwhile, this would surely cause Elon Musk to put more effort into developing technology to put people on Mars in the future.

Similarly, NASA also stated that it planned to launch the Artemis mission to send Americans to the planet by 2033. But, with China’s competitiveness, the country believes that they could do so before 2033 comes.
