According to the NBI Cavite District Office, Estolano told the victim he was just 25 years old when they met on Facebook. The suspect allegedly promised the victim money in exchange for sending sensitive images.

Later, the suspect invited his victim to meet him at a motel to hand him the cash. However, the suspect’s scheme was exposed when the victim called his mother on his smartphone and read the message exchange.

Estolano, who accepted his guilt, sought to bow down and seek the victim’s parent for forgiveness, but he was denied. The suspect is accused of breaking the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act (RA 9995), the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act (RA 9208), and the Child Abuse and Cybercrime Prevention Act (RA 7610).
