Here’s what Daddy Bonoy said about daughters Alex and Toni Gonzaga and his life raising two girls.

How stars Toni Gonzaga-Soriano and Alex Gonzaga-Morada were raised is something that many people admire giving credits to their parents Mommy Pinty and Daddy Bonoy. Many people know the traditional upbringing of their daughters and their ways have surely resulted to something great.
Currently, Alex and Toni are both successful in vlogging and hosting. Also, both of them have already found the men who understood their parents and obediently followed every rules imposed. And for this year’s Father’s Day, Toni featured her father in Toni Talks where he shared his thoughts and life being a “Girl Dad”.
Daddy Bonoy admitted that he actually wanted a son but complained nothing about being given with two daughters. He’s just as thankful and he would always bring back the praises to God. Being a father of two ladies, he opened up that it was harder raising Toni than Alex because she’s the firstborn. Being first-time parents, they accordingly never knew the ways on how to raise a good child but calling God and having faith in Him has helped them.
“Teach a child in the way he should go, so when he grows up, he will not depart from it,” says Daddy Bonoy about parenting after learning a lot to be one after having Toni. And the moment they had Alex, they became more loose over anything. He admitted that they overreacted with Toni and were more strict but after knowing His words, they worried less.
The reason why they brought them up that way is because he believed that how a child behaves is the reflection of his parents. But despite knowing this, he never took all the credits because it was accordingly God who guided them to do it. It was God who told them to do it because it’s the right way.
At the end of the video, Toni expressed, “Lagi niyang binabalik sa Diyos ang kanyang nagawa. Nagpapasalamat kami sa kanya dahil kung sino man kaming magkapatid ngayon, lahat ng iyon ay dahil sa kanyang pagtiya-tiyaga at pagmamahal na ituwid at turuan kami.”
