Chinese National Arrested in Pampanga for Being Wanted of Homicide
Police authorities arrested a Chinese national in Clark Freeport, Pampanga as he is allegedly wanted for the homicide case.
Police in Clark Freeport, Pampanga, apprehended a Chinese man wanted in a homicide case. The fugitive was identified as Zhihui Yan, according to Police Regional Office (PRO) -3 Director P/Brig. Gen. Valeriano De Leon.

According to the report, agents from the Regional Intelligence Unit (RIU) -3, Criminal Investigation Unit (CIU), City Mobile Force Unit (CMFC), and Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) -Station 2 apprehended Zhihui Yan at Parkview Villages in Clark Freeport Zone.
Judge Erick Sadural of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 116 in Angeles City issued a warrant for Zhihui’s arrest for homicide and illegal possession of firearms and ammunition. On January 8, 2021, an arrest warrant was issued, and bail was established at P240,000 for his interim release.
Zhihui, a former resident of Sunset Valley Mansion in Angeles City’s Barangay Cutcut, is the main suspect in Jin Hua Wu’s shooting and murder on April 13, 2020. For documentation, the suspect was brought to ACPO-Station 2, the report added.
