Police Arrested a Woman for Stealing Disinfectants in Malate Supermarket
Police arrested a woman who was accused of being shoplifter after caught stealing bulk of disinfectants in a supermarket in Malate, Maynila.
At a grocery on Adriatico Street in Malate, Manila, a female shoplifter was apprehended. Before he left the shopping, twelve pieces of disinfectant spray were retrieved from his carry-on bag.

According to the complaint, the guard stopped him when he noticed the woman leaving without paying for the items she had taken. She was questioned for a receipt when she discovered the disinfectant sprays in her luggage, but she couldn’t offer confirmation that she had paid.
The suspect, who is unemployed and lives in Pandacan, also attempted to steal P4,000 worth of disinfectant sprays. The culprit has been charged with stealing.
Meanwhile, a Quezon City cop was nabbed after committing a robbery and snatching money from a courier company in San Miguel, Bulacan. A 29-year-old police officer from Quezon City is accused of stealing a courier shop and faces a number of criminal and administrative offenses.
The cop is a police corporal who has been with the PNP for a few years. The suspect is accused of carrying a handgun and a hand grenade, as well as stealing the shop’s initial income of P5,000 and fleeing on a motorcycle with no license plate number.
