Vivo iQOO Neo5 Lite runs on the Android 11 + OriginOS 1.0 operating system. It come in variants such as 128GB + 8GB RAM, 256GB + 8GB RAM, and 256GB + 12GB RAM. The phone supports dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
The dimension of the smartphone is 164 x 75.5 x 8.9 mm and weighs 198.3 grams. IT comes with a screen size of 6.57 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio.
