This is what Lolit Solis said about the network switch
Veteran entertainment columnist Lolit Solis shared her thoughts on the rumored network transfer of some Kapamilya stars to GMA-7 or the Kapuso network.
Just recently, it was announced that John Lloyd Cruz, who did hit teleseryes and movies under ABS-CBN, is set to have his TV comeback on GMA. Then, it was also rumored that Piolo Pascual, Beauty Gonzalez, Poikwang, and Bea Alonzo also received offers from the Kapuso network.
In line with this, Many Lolit shared her reaction through her recent writeup on her Instagram account. She said, “Bongga ngayon ang mga combination na puwede gawin , may bago timpla na mapapanuod ang tao, at maiiba na ang on screen chemistry dahil may mga bagong team na makikita.“
Lolit Solis shared her wishful thinking that this will always be the situation that artists from the Kapamilya network are free to do projects in the Kapuso network. For her, this would come up a perfect formula that could please the viewers who are easily getting “sawa” of what they are watching.
“Madali sila magsawa, madali mawala interest, marami ang pinagpi pilian, meron social media, Netflix, HBO, cable at kung anuano pa,” the veteran entertainment columnist said. She added that it is better to experiment with new teams, stories, and partnerships as there is no assurance now that the “star system” in the entertainment industry is still working right now.
“Welcome Kapuso, Kapatid, Kapamilya. Halo halo na, wala ng kanya kanyang bakod, trabaho na lang ang harapin. Wala ng network war,” Lolit Solis said.
