Alma Moreno Did Not Pay Rent, Condo Owner Goes To Raffy Tulfo

Condo unit landlord complains Alma Moreno in Raffy Tulfo program about not paying rent.

ALMA MORENO – Former daring actress Alma Moreno face issues versus condo owner for not paying the place she rented.

Theresa Grenard goes to Raffy Tulfo program and aired out her complains about actress Alma Moreno after she apparently did not pay the amount meant for the rent of the place and her electric consumption when she stayed in her condo unit. Initially, they only agreed for the actress to stay in her condo for only a month but she stayed way over without paying.

When Alma left, the owner was also left with a standing bill amounting over Php40k to pay to Meralco. The actress was just supposed to stay from August to September but extended until February. And it was March when they found out that the place was already abandoned with Alma not informing her about leaving.

To Tulfo, the landlord said that she would be fine about them leaving and not paying the rent just as long as they’ll pay the electricity they consumed during their stay in her place. But what frustrated her is them not giving her the respect she deserves. They went to her personally and asked a favor to stay in the place she owns and in time where things are needed to be done, they left irresponsibly and neglected her calls and messages.

Alma refused to talk on air but accordingly told someone from the program over the phone that she did not do anything wrong and God knows it. She accordingly doesn’t have anything to explain and clarify. She also wanted to talk to Tulfo off-air but the broadcaster refused for transparency purposes and for fairness for both parties.

Apart from the due payment, Grenard wanted to talk to her and not wanting to take the matters to the point of filing charges.
