Catriona Gray talked about the possibility of being an actress
Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray was asked in a recent interview if she is open to doing an acting project with her boyfriend actor-singer Sam Milby.
Catriona and Sam already had a music collaboration when they recorded the song We’re In This Together for a fund-raising campaign. This project came after their relationship confirmation back in May 2020.
During the recent virtual media conference for her new single, RYF, the beauty queen expressed that she is not closing her doors to acting project offers.
Based on the article on the ABS-CBN News site, Catriona said that she would love to try the action genre. “I would love to be given the opportunity to have an action movie because I have a black belt in karate from when I was younger. And I would love the opportunity to like have a fight scene or something,” she said.
Catriona Gray also said that she has no specific preference when it comes to the people she would like to work with in the future. For her, it will be a learning experience to work with different people as she is a newcomer in this field.
She was also asked if she is willing to do a project with Sam Milby. “Yeah, I would be open to it but I guess we really enjoy keeping our relationship private,” the fourth Pinay Miss Universe said.
She explained that even though they are open about this idea, it would be a different thing. “Parang it’s either marketing your relationship with a project, or keeping it for yourselves. So ‘yun lang,” the beauty queen added.
