ABS-CBN Feel Good Pilipinas Summer Station ID 2021 Despite Shutdown

Here’s the music video for the ABS-CBN Feel Good Pilipinas, the official summer station ID of the Kapamilya network.

ABS-CBN FEEL GOOD PILIPINAS – The cool and upbeat ‘Feel Good Pilipinas’ video, this year’s summer station of ABS-CBN catches attention.

June of last year, the ABS-CBN network has officially shut down losing most of their employees and artists as they also lost their franchise to operate. A landslide vote from lawmakers has made them shut down possible after a lengthy series of deliberation that tackled and clarified the issues being accused and associated with the biggest media network in the country.

However, for the service, the network continued reaching a portion of their loyal viewers through their digital platforms and partnerships with A2Z and TV5 to air some of their shows on free TV. And also despite the shutdown, the network continued to produce its annual and traditional station IDs. In Christmas 2020, they released “Ikaw ang Liwanag at Ligaya” and for 2021, they also released their 2021 summer station ID entitled “Feel Good Pilipinas”.

The summer special ID for 2021 was created by the ABS-CBN Integrated Creative Communication Management Division headed by Robert Labayen, Johnny Delos Santos, and ABS-CBN COO Cory Vidanes. The song was performed by Asia’s Soul Supreme” KZ Tandingan and rising P-Pop boy group BGYO with members namely Mikki Claver, JL Toreliza, Akira Morishita, Nate Porcalla, and Gelo Rivera.

“Feel Good Pilipinas” was written by Robert Labayen and Lawrence Arvin Sibug with composers Thyro Alfaro and Francis Salazar.
