According to the report, the lone winner of the said PCSO major lotto game made the bet at 02:41 p.m. Wednesday at an outlet of PCSO in Mintal, Davao City. The said unidentified person has yet to claim the prize.
All prizes that are above Php 10,000.00 are subject to a 20% tax deduction pursuant to the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN) Law. Based on the Republic Act No. 1169, prizes that were not claimed within one (1) year from the date of the draw shall be considered forfeited.
