Former Police in Malabon Arrested During Anti-Drug Operation by PNP
The Philippine National Police (PNP) operatives arrested former police who is wanted for illegal drugs during the anti-drug operation in Malabon.
a former policeman who is wanted in a drug case was arrested in Malabon City, according to the anti-scalawag unit of PNP. The suspect was identified as Regie Alilano, who was arrested at McArthur Highway corner Potrero St.

According to Brig. Gen. Thomas Frias, chief of the Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (IMEG), Alilano is said to be a former police corporal assigned to the Eastern Police District (EPD).
The Pasig City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 67 has issued a warrant of arrest against him for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. He was dismissed from service after testing positive in a random drug test in January of the current year.
“With the effort of my team, the intelligence build-up led to the development of the specific information on the whereabouts of the suspect. In line with the Intensified Cleanliness Policy of the PNP leadership under chief PNP Gen. Guillermo Eleazar, PNP IMEG will be more strict and drastic,” Frias said.
