2-Year-Old Genius Becomes Youngest American Accepted In Mensa
2-YEAR-OLD GENIUS – Talented young minds are rare, but, they’re not that hard to spot.
Recently, Mensa, a society comprised of geniuses all over the globe, accepted its youngest American Member, Kashe Quest. The two-year-old astonished everybody with her amazing memory, and eagerness to learn at just about 17 to 18 months old.
According to an article from Too Fab, Kashe had an IQ of 146, much higher than the American Average of 100. Furthermore, IQ tests such as the Stanford-Binet and Cattell tests defined 145 as “genius or near-genius level”.
Currently, Kesha could identify all 50 states not just by name but also by shape and location on a map. Furthermore, she could also identify the elements on the periodic table, and even sign language.
At the age of two, she is already learning to read both English and Spanish. Moreover, she beat the record of Muhammad Haryz Nadzim from the United Kingdom who got accepted into Mensa at two years old with an IQ score of 142.
Still, despite her intellect, Kesha is just a normal two-year-old girl that gets tantrums, easily sleepy, and extremely playful. However, her parents admitted that they struggled to find a daycare that “catered to what she was able to do”.
“At the end of the day, she’s in that toddler stage. So she very much is still a normal two-year-old where we have negotiations, we have tantrums, we have everything and it’s different because the way we communicate with her, it has to be different because she’s able to understand just a little bit more”
