The Facebook page “Philippines CCTV & DASH CAM Spotted” has shared the video footage of several motorcycle riders taking shelter under an overpass amid heavy rain. The video garnered various reactions from the netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that the vehicle driver David A. Ormeo is slowly driving along the road when he saw numerous motorcycle rider obstructing the right of way. The riders stopped under an overpass waiting for the rain to stop.
Unfortunately, the stranded motorists were clearly blocking the road and causing inconvenience to other vehicle drivers. The incident causes traffic congestion, which may lead to accident.
The car driver shouted “Mga boss delikado yang ginagawa niyo” as he expressed his concern towards the motorcycle riders. However, the motorists did not listen and remained on their spot while waiting for the rain to stop.
