Yassi Pressman has a new game show on TV5
Actress-dancer Yassi Pressman is now also a game show host as her Rolling In It Philippines is set to premiere on June 5 on TV5.
In a recent media conference for her new hosting stint, Yassi admitted that this project is the reason why she had to leave her acting stint in Ang Probinsyano.
She explained that hosting this game show had been a commitment for a long time now. Based on the article in Bandera, it was even the executives of the show from the United Kingdom who contacted her for this hosting job.
Yassi admitted that it is a big challenge for her to be the lead host of the said game show. She also admitted that she had to ask advice in doing this project from Robi Domingo.
“Si Robi (Domingo) po, binigyan niya ako ng napakaraming pointers like sabi niya, ‘just be yourself, just have fun.’ Meron pa siyang mga nakakatawang sinabi pero hindi ko na po ikukuwento. Thank you Robi,” Yassi Pressman shared.
The actress said that she wants to have her Ang Probinsyano family as guests on her game show if it is possible, and also actress-vlogger Alex Gonzaga.
Yassi admitted that she had to take a risk in leaving the long-running Kapamilya series for her new project. However, she is thankful to the people behind the camera, her co-stars, especially to Coco Martin who made her character’s exit a memorable one.
Meanwhile, aside from hosting a game show, Yassi Pressman also expressed that she hopes to have her own talk show also in the future.
