The tear-jerking photos of a young girl celebrating her 7th birthday along the street goes viral on social media.
A Facebook user named “Chica Amatayakul” or Kim Raytos has shared the photos of a young girl who is celebrating her 7th birthday along the streets amid poverty. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
Chicha saw the little girl wearing a unicorn dress together with her mother and another family member in front of San Ildefonso Church in Makati City. The lady netizen thought that everything is fine until she saw the cardboard.
The Kim Raytos saw the cardboard sign with words written “Happy 7th Birthday Janella” with balloons around it. The 22-year-old netizen gets emotional after witnessing the girl’s mother doing her best to celebrate its daughter’s birthday amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The lady netizen did not expect that the post would immediately spread like a wildfire online and explained that she just wanted to post it online hoping that kind-hearted individuals could help the girl.

“Napansin ko to kanina habang nakasakay ako sa taxi galing makati akala ko kung ano ang cute ksi ng bata na naka unicorn na dress tapos nabasa ko sa may karton nakasulat 7th birthday nya pala at yung ksama nya sguro mommy nya naiiyak lang ako ksi kaht anong hirap ng buhay nila nagawa padin nila icelebrate yung 7th birthday ng bata kahit sa simpleng paraan lang nakakatuwa na nakakaiyak ksi bilang isang ina lahat gagawin nya makita lang masaya yung kanyang anak ”
