Over 100 Face Mask Violators Arrested by Police Authorities in Biñan City
The police authorities have been arrested over 100 face mask violators in Biñan City, Laguna during the curfew hours.
Around 108 residents have been arrested in Biñan City for not wearing and improper use of face masks. The authorities conducted the operation during curfew hours on Monday evening (May 10, 2021).
The face mask violators have been brought into the city’s plaza wherein they received warning and free face masks from the cops. Most of the offenders were from barangay Poblacion and Timbao.
The offenders admitted that they commit mistakes and realized their lapses in following the health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The violators encouraged the public to obey the quarantine guidelines.
The cops just warned the violators on their first offense but would face corresponding sanctions and charges on the second time. Repeat violators could also face charges on their next offense.

The government is implementing stricter rules and regulations in the country to reduce the increasing cases of the coronavirus disease. It would also help to prevent the further spread of the illness.
