Intense Fight Between Barangay Chairman and Tricycle Driver Caught on Camera
CCTV footage shows an intense fight between barangay chairman and tricycle driver in Sariaya, Quezon allegedly due to parking.
An extreme brawl between a barangay captain and a tricycle driver in Sariaya, Quezon was captured on the barangay’s closed-circuit television (CCTV). Driver Axel Brian Baladad is seen in the video being accosted by barangay captain Richard Pasumbal for parking on the side of the lane.

The two can be seen fighting after a few minutes in the video. The driver was seen heading home after the commotion died down, but the barangay captain followed him.
According to the video, the barangay captain summons the driver and draws his weapon. Since they repeatedly accosted Baladad for parking in a prohibited area, Pasumbal’s head became hot, according to him.
Pasumbal didn’t want Baladad to get in the way of the Tricycle Operators and Drivers’ Association (TODA), so they got heated. He plans to file a complaint against the barangay captain, according to him.
