Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo is not returning to Kapamilya musical variety show ASAP Natin ‘To anytime soon allegedly because of this reason.
Fans of Sarah, as well as avid viewers of the show, noticed back in February that she was not included in the promotional poster. Speculations surfaced that she was removed from the longest-running musical variety show in the Philippines.
Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez, one of the show’s mainstay, was asked about this. She said that Sarah definitely has a good reason why she did not appear in the show.
A recent article by entertainment columnist Rose Garcia in Abante stated the possible reason why Sarah Geronimo is no longer doing ASAP Natin ‘To.
The columnist cited the Instagram Live sessions of Matteo Guidicelli, Sarah’s husband, showing the expertise of his wife when it comes to baking. Having more time now to do what she wants to do, the Popstar Royalty has been featuring her creation in the kitchen.
Garcia said in her article that many netizens and Popsters would always ask Matteo during his IG Live sessions is when Sarah will come back to the show.
However, the actor, as well as the Popstar Royalty, has been ignoring this kind of questions from his Instagram followers. The title of Garcia’s article suggested that Matteo is not allowing his wife to return to the show yet.
“Siguro nga, pandemic pa naman, hayaan na lang muna si Sarah sa pagbi-bake, pagluluto, at pagiging misis muna,” the columnist said.
Meanwhile, Sarah Geronimo did a virtual concert titled Tala and it is set to have its repeat.
