Regine Velasquez Makes Revelations on Relationship w/ Sarah Geronimo
REGINE VELASQUEZ – The Philippines’ Asia’s Songbird spoke on the absence of Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo in ASAP.
One of the longest-airing variety shows in the Philippine entertainment industry is ASAP, the Sunday noontime program of the ABS-CBN Network. The said program started airing in 1995.
As the Kapamilya Network has yet to obtain a new franchise to air on free TV, its airing was recently moved under a TV5 simulcast. A lot of people awaited the said episode aired last January 24.
However, many fans and supporters of Sarah Geronimo were saddened for not seeing the actress-singer. She is one of the mainstays of the Kapamilya program.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, Sarah last performed on ASAP for the November 1, 2020 episode. Many Popsters await the return of the actress-singer.

The Philippines’ Asia’s Songbird, Regine Velasquez, who is one of the closest celebrities to Sarah Geronimo, spoke on her absence in ASAP. Based on the report, the singer expressed that she’s sure that the Popstar Royalty has a good reason for her absence.
“I’m sure may maganda naman siyang reason for not doing ‘ASAP.’ But a lot of people are missing her,” she expressed.
Regine Velasquez expressed that she’s also sure that Sarah Geronimo also misses them and as well as performing in ASAP again. According to her, the last time they talked was through a text message when she thanked her for the gift she sent her and Matteo Guidicelli.
“Let’s all pray that she’ll be able to do ‘ASAP’ again,” Regine said.
