In Barangay Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, a 15-year-old boy was allegedly shot by a neighbor for refusing to obey an order. A gunshot wound to the eye was sustained by the survivor.

Raul Misa, the victim’s father, said that whatever is ordered to the young boy is obeyed. However, according to the witness, the perpetrator “Alias Negro” allegedly ordered the victim to buy cola multiple times on Wednesday.
The young boy, however, became exhausted and declined to run the errand for the neighbor. “Nabalitaan ko ‘yung huling tinanggihan niya ‘yung softdrinks po, sabi niya ‘Kuya pagod na po ako, pahinga na po ako,” said Raul.
The suspect reportedly became enraged and drew a weapon. The suspect, according to Raul, took out a pistol and played with it in front of his son. A witness told Raul that the first two attempts at pulling the trigger did not result in an explosion, but the third attempt resulted in the death of his son.
The young man was said to have received a gunshot wound to the left eye during the initial investigation. Authorities are on the lookout for the perpetrator, who has been challenged by the victim’s father to come forward and face the charges.
