Stand-up comedian Le Chazz died on May 1 at the age of 43 and his showbiz friends, comedian Ate Gay and radio host Jobert Sucaldito wrote these messages for him.
In a previous article, it was said that the former Wowowin host was found dead at his home in Quezon City on Saturday afternoon.
As of this writing, authorities haven’t released a report yet regarding the cause of his death. The last TV appearance that Le Chazz had was in Willie Revillame’s show last February this year.
He is among the former jesters of the Kapuso primetime game show before he was finally given the chance to be on camera from 2018 to 2019/
Following reports of his death, the friends of the comedian whose real name is Richard Yuson, shared these heartfelt messages for him, based on the article in GMA.
Jobert Sucaldito shared that Le Chazz is one of his “anak-anakan” in show business. “Ang isa sa pinakamamahal kong anak-anakang si Le Chazz (Richard Vargas Yuzon) ay lumisan na. Nawa’y sumalangit ang kanyang kaluluwa. Maligayang paglalakbay anak. Magkasama na kayo ng papa mo sa langit,” he said in his Facebook post.
Ate Gay also confirmed the death of his fellow stand-up comedian. “Le Chazz RIP…mahal kita,” the popular impersonator of Nora Aunor wrote.
