The name of his baby is Sarina, his first child with his long-time partner Maia Azores. He has sleepless nights just like most parents with newborns but also filled with so much happiness because he already has a baby. He had some of his share to fear about after his partner gave birth but he’s taking strength from the thought that no one will do things for both of them for now but him.

“Siyempre si Maia, bagong operada rin. CS siya, eh. So hindi pa rin masyadong makagalaw. Kailangan ako kasi wala rin naman kaming kasambahay,” he added. As a father, among his duties for his newborn is to change her diapers and putting her under the early morning sunlight. He accordingly wakes up as early as 6:30 to do this and he and his partner take turns in doing some things such as changing her clothes.

Ask where he got the name for his sample princess, he shared, “Sarina, galing ‘yan sa Hebrew name na ibig sabihin ay princess. Ang second naman niya ay Oceania kasi mahilig kami sa dagat, eh. Nung buntis din si Maia, nasa beach kami, nagsi-swimming kami. So more on water, eh. So naisip namin ocean, princess of the ocean, kaya Oceania.”

He also won’t let the chance to teach his kid to dance. As the “Sample King” himself, he’ll make sure that his princess on the dance floor is Sarina. He said, “Sabi ko nga, siguro it’s time na ‘yung talent ko ipasa ko naman sa kanya.”
