Health Workers Turn Cars Into Temporary ICUs For Patients As India Struggles With COVID-19 Spike

CARS TEMPORARY ICUs – India continues to struggle against its massive spike in COVID-19 cases.

Last week, India reported more than 2,200 daily deaths due to the virus. Furthermore, it reached an all-time-high recorded cases at 332k. This led to India’s health care systems becoming overwhelmed.

As such, patients are now left on the streets as hospitals are at max capacity. Instead of heading straight to the ICUs, health workers try desperately to treat patients inside their cars.
