The Samsung Galaxy A71 5G was officially announced on April 8, 2020. The 5G-ready device is powered by the Exynos 980 (8 nm) Octa-core processor while the GPU is Mali-G76 MP5.
Samsung Galaxy A71 5G runs on the Android 10 upgradable to Android 11 + One UI 3.0 operating system. The smartphone is integrated with 6GB and 8GB of RAM while the internal storage has 128GB.
The smartphone comes with a screen size of 6.7 inches Super AMOLED Plus capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone measures 162.5 x 75.5 x 8.1 mm and weighs 185 grams.
Samsung Galaxy A71 5G is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is built with a glass front (Gorilla Glass 3), a plastic back, and an aluminum frame. It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4500 mAh battery + fast charging 25W.
The rear camera consists of a 64-megapixel (wide) + 12-megapixel (ultrawide) + 5-megapixel (macro) + 5-megapixel (depth) while on the front, there is a single 32-megapixel (wide) camera.
Connectivity options on the Galaxy A71 5G include WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS with A-GPS, BDS, GALILEO, GLONASS, FM radio, NFC, USB OTG, and USB Type-C 2.0. The phone’s sensors include fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
The phone supports a single SIM (Nano-SIM) or Hybrid Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by). It is available in various colors like Prism Cube Silver, Prism Cube Black, and Prism Cube Blue.
