The Motorola Moto E (2020) was officially announced on June 5, 2020. The materials used in building the device include a glass front, a plastic back, and a plastic frame.

The dimension of the smartphone is 159.8 x 76.6 x 8.7 mm and weighs 185 grams. It comes with a screen size of 6.2 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels, 19:9 aspect ratio.

Moto E (2020) is powered by the Qualcomm SDM632 Snapdragon 632 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Adreno 506. The phone runs on the Android 10 operating system. It is packed with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.

The Motorola Moto E (2020) is kept on by a 3550 mAh built-in battery. The rear camera consists of a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel (depth) while on the front, there is a single 5-megapixel camera.

Connectivity options on the smartphone include WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, MicroUSB 2.0, GPS with A-GPS, GALILEO, and GLONASS. Sensors on the phone include a compass, proximity, accelerometer, and fingerprint (rear-mounted). It was launched in a single color, Midnight Blue.
